Job Description
As our Outreach Worker, your responsibility is to promote the services of WGTC and attract new clients. Your responsibility also includes establishing and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing clients, providing support and referrals as required.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pay visits to new and existing clients, as required
- Assist with Ticket sales for fundraising events
- Identify and attract potential clients
- Promote WGTC Programming door to door within assigned communities
- Assist with other programming within assigned communities, connecting clients to resources, creating awareness, supporting other departments
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Grade 12 education completion
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Customer focused.
- Must have access to a reliable motor vehicle
