As our Hamper Coordinator, your responsibility is to plan and supervise the upcoming monthly hamper. <\/p>

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>

• Plan the upcoming hampers<\/li>
• Take stock of the inventory<\/li>
• Order any deficit items for the upcoming hampers<\/li>
• Call out\/ arrange volunteers for packing and deliveries<\/li><\/ul>
  • Supervise sorting, packing, cleaning and organizing hampers on hamper day<\/li>
  • Ensure accuracy of delivery routes<\/li>
  • Oversee loading of hampers in vehicles for delivery<\/li>
  • Greet volunteer drivers and give them instructions to ensure the deliveries are seamless<\/li>
  • Receive and restock any undeliverable hampers to point of pick up<\/li>
  • Responsible for serving clients in a pleasant, efficient, courteous and professional manner.<\/li>
  • Perform other duties, as assigned (may include route planning)<\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications and Education Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

    • Grade 12 education completion<\/li><\/ul>

      Skills & Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Must be physically fit and able to lift.<\/li>
      • Energetic <\/li>
      • Ability to organize and pack foodstuff <\/li>
