We Got This Canada is looking for an HR Coordinator with outstanding administrative and communication skills. The HR Coordinator will be expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>

To ensure success, the HR Coordinator should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling and precise in the recruitment process.<\/p>

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests<\/li>
• Maintain digital and electronic records of volunteers<\/li>
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates and perform pre-screening interviews<\/li>
• Maintain calendars of the HR management team<\/li>
• Assist with performance management procedures<\/li>
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events<\/li>
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff<\/li>
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity<\/li><\/ul>

  Qualifications and Education Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources or related (essential)<\/li><\/ul>
